You hereby grants Company full permission to publish thewebsite (the "Website") to the internet and make it accessible to the public. Client acknowledges that Company will continue to manage and maintain the Website as part of its services.

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client acknowledges and agrees that:

• They are responsible for all content, images, and materials provided for the Website.

• They have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any third-party materials used on the Website.

• They will review and approve the Website before publication.

• They will maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to their business and Website operations.

3. NO LIABILITY OR WARRANTY

Company shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, orissues related to the Website, including but not limited to:

• Website downtime, security breaches, or cyberattacks.

• Loss of revenue, business, or data due to Website functionality or third-party hosting issues.

• Legal claims arising from the Website's content, services, or transactions.

• Any errors, omissions, or changes made by Client or third parties after Website delivery.

Client agrees to hold Company harmless from any claims,lawsuits, or legal actions resulting from the Website or any services providedby Company.

4. INDEMNIFICATION

Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmlessCompany, its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Any content published on the Website.

• Any unauthorized use of third-party materials.

• Any legal or regulatory violations resulting from Website and business operations.

5. FINAL ACCEPTANCE

By signing this Agreement, Client acknowledges that theyhave reviewed the Website and accept full responsibility for its content and operations. Client further acknowledges that Company has fulfilled its obligations under any existing agreements and will continue to manage theWebsite until otherwise stated.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed inaccordance with the laws of Texas.

7. AGREEMENT

By signing the approval document, Client acknowledges thatthey have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
